对 B-02铁系丁烯氧化脱氢催化剂在长周期工业运转条件下的物理化学性质的变化进行了系统的研究。通过比表面积、平均晶径、价态和积炭性质的测定与活性相关联,推断催化剂失活原因是:炭沉积、尖晶石平均晶径增大及表面活性位密度下降。
The physicochemical properties of B-02 iron-based butene oxide dehydrogenation catalyst under long-period industrial operation conditions were systematically studied. Through the determination of specific surface area, average crystal diameter, valence and carbon deposit properties, the reason for inactivation of the catalyst is inferred as follows: carbon deposition, increase in average crystal diameter of spinel and decrease of surface active density.
