康氏木霉分生孢子对植物病原真菌和细菌的生长有很强的抑制作用,0.25%的分生孢子可以完全抑制水稻黄单胞菌、甘薯假单胞菌、青枯假单胞菌等植物病原细菌的生长。1.0%可以较强地抑制炭色蠕孢菌、核盘菌、小穴壳菌等植物病原真菌的生长。用醇法和碱法将这些具有抑菌作用的物质分离提取,其收率分别为0.98%和0.82%。这些提取物的抑菌作用仍很强。
Trichoderma koningii conidia on the growth of plant pathogenic fungi and bacteria have a strong inhibitory effect, 0.25% of the conidia can completely inhibit Xanthomonas, Pseudomonas, Pseudomonas solanacearum Bacteria and other plant pathogenic bacteria growth. 1.0% can strongly inhibit the growth of plant pathogenic fungi such as Corynebacterium parvum, Sclerotinia and Cryptococcus. These antibacterial substances were isolated and extracted by alcohol method and alkali method. The yields were 0.98% and 0.82% respectively.
