随着高等职业教育的发展,高职院校科研工作水平的不断提高,高职院校科研管理部门的工作量日趋加重,全面信息化管理已经是大势所趋。本文提出WEB模式的高职院校科研管理系统的框架模型,主要包括校内科研人员管理、科研成果管理、科研项目管理、科研信息管理等部分,并对系统的整体设计和重要环节进行了较为详细分析和介绍。
