本试验以甘蓝型双低杂交油菜宁杂1号恢复系宁R1为材料,研究了宁R1分期播种的生物学效应和盛薹期摘薹对植株开花量的影响。结果表明,推迟播种能有效地延迟宁R1的初花期和终花期,但随着播期推迟花期缩短,株高、一次分枝数、二次分枝数下降,植株开花量大幅度减少。而盛薹期摘薹处理不仅能有效地推迟油菜的初花期和终花期,对开花期天数影响较小,且打薹植株的单株开花量均有不同程度增加。因此,盛薹期摘薹是调节油菜花期的一个有效方法,其效果优于分期播种法。研究还表明打薹油菜分化形成的大量二次分枝是植株增花的主要原因。
In this experiment, we studied the biological effects of Ning R1 staged seeding and the effects of bolting on the flowering of plants at ratooning stage in Ningxia 1, a double-low rape hybrid hybrid. The results showed that delayed sowing could effectively delay the initial flowering and final flowering of Ning R1. However, with the sowing date shortened, the plant height, the number of primary branches and the number of secondary branches decreased, the flowering rate of plants decreased significantly. The bolting treatment at full bolting stage not only delayed early flowering and final flowering of rapeseed but had little effect on the number of days of flowering, and the flowering of bolls per plant increased in varying degrees. Therefore, the full bolting stage bolting is an effective method to regulate flowering rape, the effect is better than staged sowing method. The study also showed that the large number of secondary branches formed by bolting rapeseed is the main reason for plant flowering.
