各市地、县劳动局、工商局.省直各部门: 为更好地贯彻国务院颁布的《工人考核条例》和省政府批准的《山东省工人技术考核办法》,纠正目前我省存在的技术等级培训考核乱办班、乱发证的现象,保证培训、考核的质量,提高我省劳动者的政治业务素质,促进经济的发展,经研究决定对全省技术等级培训、考核工作秩序进行整顿。现将有关问题通知如下: 一、按照国家和我省的规定,由劳动行政部门综合管理劳动者的技术等级培训和考核(鉴定)工作,并实行全面指导和监督检查。全省所有劳动者,包括党政机关及企业(含乡镇企业、私营企业)、事业单位
