MnO2是一种适合高炉生产的煤粉助燃剂,通过模拟高炉风口的燃烧条件并收集未燃煤粉,采用XRD和SEM检测方法可知,随着助燃剂MnO2的加入,未燃煤粉的微晶参数增大,芳香片层的堆砌高度升高0.001 2nm,层片直径增大0.038 1nm;MnO2使未燃煤粉颗粒的平均粒径减小2.65μm,外观形貌变得不规则。通过热重-差热分析,其助燃机制是Mn4+(CO-)4削弱了碳结构单元间的桥键结合力,改变了晶格结构,使煤粉活化能降低,加速燃烧。
MnO2 is a pulverized coal combustion improver suitable for blast furnace production. By simulating the combustion conditions of blast furnace tuyere and collecting unburned pulverized coal, the results of XRD and SEM show that with the addition of combustion-accelerant MnO2, The parameters increase, the stacking height of the aromatic sheet increases 0.001 2nm, the sheet diameter increases 0.038 1nm; MnO2 reduces the average particle size of unburned coal particles 2.65μm, the appearance morphology becomes irregular. The thermogravimetry-differential thermal analysis shows that Mn4 + (CO-) 4 can weaken the bond strength between the carbon structural units, change the lattice structure, lower the activation energy of pulverized coal and accelerate the combustion.
