目的探讨人胃腺癌发展过程中热休克蛋白70(HSP70)的表达与病理分型、浸润深度和淋巴结转移的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测52例人胃腺癌组织中HSP70的表达。结果胃腺癌和黏液腺癌的HSP70阳性率分别为64.29%和60.00%;高分化和低分化腺癌的HSP70阳性率分别为67.86%和50.00%;胃腺癌HSP70的阳性率在不同病理分型、不同分化程度的肿瘤之间差别均无显著意义。侵犯深度达浆膜和肌层的胃腺癌HSP70阳性率分别为75.68%和33.33%(P<0.05)。有淋巴结转移和无淋巴结转移组中HSP70阳性率分别为73.33%和45.45%(P<0.05)。结论人胃腺癌HSP70中阳性率与淋巴结转移、侵犯深度有关,与病理分型无关。提示胃腺癌晚期HSP70的表达高于早期胃腺癌,检测该指标可为早期诊断胃腺癌提供理论依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and pathological type, depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis in the development of human gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of HSP70 in 52 cases of human gastric adenocarcinoma. Results The positive rate of HSP70 was 64.29% and 60.00% in gastric adenocarcinoma and mucinous adenocarcinoma, respectively; the positive rate of HSP70 in highly differentiated and poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma was 67.86% and 50.00%, respectively; the positive rate of HSP70 in gastric adenocarcinoma was in different pathological types, There was no significant difference between tumors with different degrees of differentiation. The positive rates of HSP70 in gastric adenocarcinoma that invaded the serosa and muscular layers were 75.68% and 33.33%, respectively (P<0.05). The positive rates of HSP70 in patients with lymph node metastasis and no lymph node metastasis were 73.33% and 45.45%, respectively (P<0.05). Conclusion The positive rate of HSP70 in human gastric adenocarcinoma is related to the depth of lymph node metastasis and invasion, but not to the pathological type. It is suggested that the expression of HSP70 in advanced gastric adenocarcinoma is higher than that in early gastric adenocarcinoma. The detection of this index can provide a theoretical basis for early diagnosis of gastric adenocarcinoma.
