目的对郑州市城镇卫生人力资源现状进行分析,发现其存在的问题,进而寻求解决问题的对策、策略,为建设适合人民群众需要的、高素质的卫生人力队伍提供可行性依据。方法采用普查的方法对郑州市城镇医疗机构和工作人员进行调查,了解郑州市城镇卫生人力资源的现状,发现其存在的问题。结果郑州市城镇卫生人力资源数量相对过剩,但卫生人力中高学历人才略显不足,专业分布不合理,医护比倒置。结论应当加大医学专业教育力度,调整卫生人员专业结构,培养学术带头人,尽快建立起一支高素质、结构合理的卫生人才队伍。
Objective To analyze the status quo of urban human resources in the city of Zhengzhou and to find its existing problems so as to find solutions to the problems and strategies and to provide a feasible basis for building a contingent of highly qualified human resources suitable for the needs of the masses. Methods The method of census was used to investigate the urban medical institutions and staffs in Zhengzhou to understand the status quo of urban human resources in the city of Zhengzhou and to find out its existing problems. Results The number of urban human resources in urban areas in Zhengzhou was relatively excessive. However, the number of highly educated human resources in health workers was slightly less than that in other cities. The professional distribution was irrational and the ratio of health care to health was reversed. Conclusion Medical education should be stepped up, the professional structure of health personnel should be adjusted, academic leaders should be trained, and a team of health professionals with high quality and reasonable structure should be set up as soon as possible.
