目的探讨辣木提取物预防性降脂的作用。方法选用SD雄性大鼠为研究对象,通过喂养高脂膳食建立预防性肥胖高血脂模型,用辣木提取物进行辅助降脂试验,依据保健食品功能学评价规程进行。大鼠随机分为正常对照组、高脂模型对照组、辣木提取物高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组,实验后检测各组大鼠体重、血液生化指标(总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白)、脂肪重量和脂/体比、Lee′s指数。结果大鼠灌胃辣木提取物40 d后,各实验组血脂水平明显低于高脂模型对照组,其中高剂量组的血清总胆固醇、甘油三脂与高脂模型对照组相比分别有显著性差异(P<0.05)和极显著性差异(P<0.01)。辣木提取物各剂量组大鼠的肾周脂肪重量和附睾脂肪重量、脂/体比、Lee′s指数极显著低于高脂模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论辣木提取物具有良好的辅助降血脂作用。
Objective To investigate the preventive effect of Moringa oleifera extract on lipid-lowering. Methods SD male rats were selected as the study object to establish a model of prophylactic obesity and hyperlipidemia by feeding a high-fat diet and assisted with lipid-lowering test by Moringa oleifera extract, according to the functional food evaluation rules of health food. The rats were randomly divided into normal control group, high-fat model control group, high-dose Moringa oleifera extract group, middle dose group and low dose group. After the experiment, the body weight and blood biochemical parameters (total cholesterol, triglyceride , Low density lipoprotein, high density lipoprotein), fat weight and fat / body ratio, Lee’s index. Results After 40 days of oral administration of Moringa oleifera extract, the blood lipid level of each experimental group was significantly lower than that of high-fat model control group, and the serum total cholesterol and triglyceride of high-dose group were significantly higher than those of high-fat model control group (P <0.05) and very significant difference (P <0.01). Perihepatic fat weight, epididymal fat mass, fat / body ratio and Lee’s index of the Miao Mu extract groups were significantly lower than those of the high-fat model control group (P <0.01). Conclusion Moringa extract has good hypolipidemic effect.
