新浦磷矿属沉积变质磷灰岩矿床,矿石硬度中等,原矿品位18~27%P_2O_5,磨细后可作为商品矿粉出售。为了降低磨矿能耗,我们对有工业价值的一些助磨剂进行了试验和选择。 目前,国外对助磨剂的研究尚处于试验阶段,仅有少数工业实例,我国的研究工作基本上仍处于实验室试验阶段。针对新浦磷矿的矿石特点和现实条件,我们对以下16种助磨剂进行了试验筛选:乙二醇、异戊醇、丙酮、硫酸锌、氢氧化钠、碳酸钠、氯化钠、硫化钠、氟化钠、水玻璃,六偏磷酸钠、炭黑、油酸、油酸钠、硝基腐植酸
Xinpu Phosphate deposit is a sedimentary metamorphic apatite deposit with medium hardness and ore ore grade of 18-27% P2O5, which can be sold as commercial ore powder after being ground down.
