一、围堰防渗墙的特点葛洲坝大江上游横向围堰是确保通航、发电常年挡水的重要建筑物,按三级临时建筑物设计。设计洪水流量为66800秒立米,校核洪水流量为71100秒立米,保坝洪水流量86000秒立米。通过水工模型试验及风浪超高计算,堰顶高程为66.0米,最大堰高约为40米。根据就地取材、断面型式简单、堰体安全、稳定、防渗可靠,便于施工等因素,选用穿过堰体和基础的混凝土防渗墙。
