自1973年以来,青海无线电一厂在中央及地方各级党委正确领导下,贯彻“军民结合、平战结合”的方针,大搞电子技术推广应用,陆续研制成功了四种医用半导体致冷机:BL-1型半导体致冷白内障摘除器,BL-2型半导体致冷皮肤病冷冻治疗机,BL-3型生物切片半导体冷冻机和BL-4型半导体降温帽。样机试验成功后曾在西宁、兰州、大同、北京等地的医疗单位试用,后在使用单位的协助下,又多次改进样机,并陆续投入小批量试产。
Since 1973, under the correct leadership of party committees at the central and local levels, Qinghai Radio No. 1 Factory has implemented the principle of “combining the military with the civilians and the peace and warfare”. It has vigorously promoted the application of electronic technology and has successively developed four medical semiconductor coolers. :BL-1 type semiconductor cryo-cataract remover, BL-2 type semiconductor cryo-dermatology cryotherapy machine, BL-3 type biosliced semiconductor refrigerator and BL-4 type semiconductor cooling cap. After successful prototype testing, it was tried in medical units in Xining, Lanzhou, Datong and Beijing. After the assistance of the use unit, the prototype was improved several times and trial production was started in small batches.
