应用光镜、电镜及图像分析对280只受大剂量60Coγ-射线照射后的小鼠脾淋巴细胞进行其凋亡的病理形态学研究及定量分析。结果显示,照后脾淋巴细胞具有明显的细胞凋亡的形态学改变,对照组和照射组的脾淋巴细胞凋亡的面密度和数密度存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。但照射组之间无显著性差异。结果提示,运用光镜、电镜和图像分析三者结合的方法可以准确、可靠、定量地检测脾凋亡细胞。经大剂量照射后,脾淋巴细胞的死亡方式以凋亡为主。
The pathomorphology and quantitative analysis of 280 apoptotic mouse splenic lymphocytes irradiated with 60Coγ-ray were observed by light microscope, electron microscope and image analysis. The results showed that the morphological changes of splenic lymphocytes after irradiation were obvious, and there was a significant difference (P <0.01) between the surface density and number density of spleen lymphocytes apoptosis in control group and irradiation group. However, there was no significant difference between irradiation groups. The results suggest that the combination of light microscopy, electron microscopy and image analysis can accurately, reliably and quantitatively detect splenic apoptotic cells. After high-dose irradiation, the death of splenic lymphocytes mainly apoptosis.
