众所周知,农民在自家宅基上盖的房子,不管有多结实,不管离城市有多近,也不管市场上的购房需求有多大,都只能用于自住或者出租。想出售也可以,只许卖给同村人,不许卖给外人,而同村的村民都有房子,谁还来买你的啊?所以农民对于自己的房子,只有居住权,没有处分权,其产权残缺不全如维纳斯。不过我们得知足,因为在过去,不仅农民的产权是维纳斯,市民的也是。换言之,连市民也不能随随便便地卖掉自家的房子。
