这种施工方法,是在现浇钢筋混凝土地坑中,采用钢管扣件脚手组成骨架进行水平滑模施工。构造要点是:外模采用砧护壁,内模用钢管扣件脚手组成空间骨架,外包铁皮,用卷扬机牵引,在底板预铺的12号工字钢轨道上滑行。混凝土分层浇捣,两侧平衡上升,平均每30~40分钟滑行一次,每次滑行0.8~1米。混凝土出模后,一般表面平整光滑,不需要用人工抹压。
