选用吉林省主栽品种先玉335和对照品种郑单958,在人工气候箱内采用土培法,研究不同低温处理对玉米萌发出苗期子粒生理生化指标的影响,为东北地区适时春播提供理论依据。试验设4℃、6℃、8℃、10℃、12℃、15℃6个温度处理,15℃作为对照。试验结果表明8℃以下低温,对玉米种子萌发出苗造成较重的生理伤害。可溶性蛋白含量变化趋势不明显,丙二醛含量升高,POD活性增加,而SOD活性和CAT活性迅速下降。在大于10℃条件下,随着温度的升高可溶性蛋白含量降低,种子能正常萌发出苗,且15℃的出苗率明显高于12℃的出苗率。
The main cultivars of Yujian 335 and Zhengdan 958 in Jilin Province were selected to study the effects of different low temperature treatments on physiological and biochemical indexes of seedlings at seedling stage in artificial climate chamber and provide theoretical basis for spring sowing in northeast China . The experimental set 4 ℃, 6 ℃, 8 ℃, 10 ℃, 12 ℃, 15 ℃ 6 temperature treatment, 15 ℃ as a control. Test results show that the low temperature below 8 ℃, the seed germination of corn caused heavier physiological damage. The content of soluble protein did not change obviously, the content of malondialdehyde increased, the activity of POD increased, but the activity of SOD and CAT decreased rapidly. Under the condition of more than 10 ℃, the content of soluble protein decreased with the increase of temperature, the seed germinated normally, and the emergence rate at 15 ℃ was obviously higher than that at 12 ℃.
