研究了改性凹土(AT)用量对SBS力学性能和加工性能的影响,并对SBS/AT复合材料进行了差示扫描量热分析(DSC)。结果表明,在实验范围内,随着AT用量的增大,复合材料拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均逐渐下降,定伸应力和撕裂强度均逐步升高;含10份AT的复合材料加工稳定性最好,外观质量较高,其DSC曲线在80℃~180℃区间无明显吸热现象。
The effects of the amount of modified attapulgite (AT) on the mechanical properties and processing properties of SBS were studied. The DSC of the SBS / AT composites was also studied. The results show that the tensile strength and elongation at break of the composites decrease gradually with the increase of the amount of AT, and the ultimate tensile strength and tear strength increase gradually with the increase of the amount of AT. In the composites containing 10 AT The best processing stability, high quality appearance, the DSC curve at 80 ℃ ~ 180 ℃ interval no obvious endothermic phenomenon.
