目的了解无锡市梁溪区托幼机构卫生保健工作现状,为促进儿童保健工作发展提供科学的依据。方法对辖区内托幼机构上报2015学年年报表统计分析。结果无锡市梁溪区共有64所托幼机构,其中公办园36所,民办园28所。从评估等级来看,公办园要好于民办园。公办园与民办园在人员配置方面差异无统计学意义。活动室和卧室的独用情况公办园好于民办园。盥洗室、厕所独用和生均户外活动场地和绿化面积达标公办园和民办园差异无统计学意义。工作人员体检率99.92%,儿童年度体检率100.00%,儿童常见病的患病人数公办园低于民办园,视力异常公办园与民办园差异无统计学意义,龋齿患病人数公办园要多于民办园。共发生传染病591例,公办园与民办园差异无统计学意义。保教人员和家长健康讲座符合情况公办园与民办园差异无统计学意义。公办园与民办园伤害发生情况差异无统计学意义。结论无锡市梁溪区托幼机构卫生保健工作整体水平较好,公办园与民办园水平相对均衡,但在园所的等级、硬件设施、儿童常见病等方面民办园与公办园还有一定差距,还需进一步加强管理,提高卫生保健工作水平,保障儿童身心健康。
Objective To understand the status quo of health care in nurseries in Liangxi District of Wuxi City and provide a scientific basis for promoting the development of child health care. Methods The area of kindergartens in the area submitted 2015 academic year statistical report.
