本文分析了圆弧齿轮公差国际新标准(DIN5492—1980)中以双向制给定偏差法的优越性,提出了检验样板的画法,并选用直角坐标系,推导了有关的计算公式。
This paper analyzes the superiority of bidirectional system given deviation method in the new international standard for circular gear tolerance (DIN5492-1980), and proposes the method of testing the model and selects the Cartesian coordinate system to deduce the relevant formula.
