随着股指期货准备工作进入尾声,推出日期越来越近,现货市场对于股指期货会带来影响的讨论也随之升温。本文主要从三方面着手对这一问题进行分析,首先从股指期货的起源入手,分析它与股票的不同点;第二部分,借鉴海外市场的经验,分析股指期货的推出对当时各国证券市场的影响;第三部分着重介绍由于股指期货的推出,对我国证券现货市场的影响及启示。
