高速铁路凭借其运量大、速度快、安全便捷的特点在国民经济和社会发展中越来越重要。近年来围绕高铁走线、设站而发生的高铁争夺战在多个地区不时上演。本文从高铁建设引起的乘数效应、同城化效应、区域经济一体化效应、区位比较优势与区际间产业梯度转移等经济学视角探讨高铁争夺战的背后原因,并从制度建设、信息公开、科学分析层面对高铁的走线、设站提了三点建议。
High-speed railway with its large capacity, fast, safe and convenient features in the national economy and social development is more and more important. In recent years, the high-speed railway battle around the high-speed rail alignment and station construction has been staged in various regions from time to time. This paper discusses the reasons behind the high-speed railway battle from the perspective of multiplier effect, urbanization effect, regional economic integration effect, regional comparative advantage and inter-regional industrial gradient transfer caused by the high-speed rail construction. From the perspective of institutional construction, information disclosure, Scientific analysis of the high-speed rail alignment, set up the station made three suggestions.
