盱眙县第二中学和立鹤集团公司,一方出人,一方投资,不要国家一分钱、一个人,创办了一所具有一定规模的幼儿园,为盱眙县发展幼教事业作出了贡献。他们不仅取得了可喜的效益,也探索了可资借鉴的经验。立鹤集团是我县拥有一千多名员工的外向型企业,员工子女亟待入园。公司领导班子为了解决职工的后顾之忧,教育好下一代,便专门派员与邻近县第二中学洽谈,由于双方都有兴教重学之心。便很快达成协议,结成了联合办园的伙伴。
