血清和糖皮质激素调节蛋白激酶 (SGK)是一个与 PKB/AKT等第二信使蛋白具有极高的同源性的Ser/Thr蛋白激酶。与目前已发现的绝大多数蛋白激酶只受磷酸化 /去磷酸化调节机制显著不同的是 ,SGK还存在快速转录水平上的调节机制。它可能作为多种细胞信号传导通路和细胞磷酸化级联反应的一个功能性交汇点 ,参与离子通道调节、细胞增殖、存活的信号传导。本文就 SGK的结构、活性调节、功能和现有的研究进展作一综述
Serum and glucocorticoid-regulated protein kinase (SGK) is a Ser / Thr protein kinase with very high homology to the second messenger protein such as PKB / AKT. In contrast to the vast majority of protein kinases that have been found to be regulated only by phosphorylation / dephosphorylation mechanisms, SGK also has a regulatory mechanism at the fast transcriptional level. It may serve as a functional crossover point for a variety of cell signaling pathways and cellular phosphorylation cascades, participating in ion channel regulation, cell proliferation, and survival signaling.
