对发动机性能考核的台架试验往往是一项耗费大量时间的工作。因此,探索出一种既能缩短台架试验周期,又具有较好的可行性和可信性的发动机试验方法是从事内燃机行业人员所感兴趣的一个问题。本文介绍了一种柴油机可靠性强化试验方法,采用该法能以较短时间评价出柴油机的性能指标。本法与常规的试验法相比可大大缩短试验周期。本文也讲述了,如何使强化快速试验法与常规试验的效果等同的问题,并从理论上较详尽地加以简述。文章最后还指出强化试验方法的一些优点。
Bench tests on engine performance are often a time-consuming task. Therefore, exploring an engine test method that can shorten the test period of a bench and has good feasibility and credibility is a problem that is of interest to those working in the internal combustion engine industry. This paper presents a test method for enhancing the reliability of diesel engines. By using this method, the performance of diesel engines can be evaluated in a relatively short time. Compared with the conventional test method, this method can greatly shorten the test period. This article also describes how to make the problems of strengthening the effect of the rapid test method and the routine test equal and to give a more detailed description in theory. The article also points out some of the advantages of enhanced test methods.
