例1,女,2岁半,误服感冒通22片,5小时入院。诉腹痛、恶心、未呕吐。查体:BP12/8kPa,T 36.5℃,P116次/分,烦躁,呼吸规则,双肺无罗音,心率116次/分,律齐。于服药29小时后,出现阵发性心律不齐。动态心电图示12:00、13:00、23:00、0:00时V_5导联间歇出现T波低平或倒置改变。经对症处理1周后节律整齐。2周后T波恢复正常。 例2,女,2岁,误服感冒通15片28.5小时入院。诉头痛,恶心,呕吐2次,呕吐物为胃内容物夹少许咖啡样物。查体:BP 12/8kPa,T 36.7℃,P 104次/分,嗜睡,呼吸规则,双肺无罗音,心率104次/分,律齐。尿常规:胆红素(+),蛋白(+),尿比重1.025。肝功能:谷丙转氨酶193u/L。心肌酶谱:肌酸磷酸激酶35u/L(因患儿不合作,未做动态心电图)。经保肝、肾及营养心肌治疗1周后,尿常规正常,1月后心肌酶及肝功能正常。
