香港幼稚园比较注重分组学习。其理由是分组学习是灵活及有效地利用空间、资源等方法之一。目的在于让儿童在学习时更专注和有个别体验的机会。下面就香港幼稚园分组学习形式、分组活动的编排及教师在分组学习活动时的职责等作简单介绍。一、分组形式(一)小组学习教师按照幼儿的年龄、兴趣和能力,设计多样化的活动学习,编制不同的课程,然后把全班幼儿分成若干小组,进行活动。活动时,教师轮流施教。小组学习由于人数较少,教师能更透切了解幼儿,更周全地照顾他们的个别需要,密切与幼儿之间的关系:幼儿则有更充分尝试和体验的机会,去建立自信心,满足好奇心和求知欲,激发主动学习的精神。
Hong Kong kindergartens pay more attention to group study. The reason is that group learning is one of the flexible and effective ways to use space and resources. The goal is to give children a more focused and individual experience of learning. The following provides a brief introduction on the form of group learning in Hong Kong kindergartens, the organization of group activities and the duties of teachers in group study activities. I. Group Formation (I) Group Learning Teachers design varied activities according to the age, interests and abilities of young children, prepare different courses, and divide the whole group into groups to carry out activities. Group learning Because of the small number of teachers, teachers can understand children more thoroughly and take better care of their individual needs and their relationship with young children.
