“单繁36”系晚熟晚粳新品系,由青浦县农科所选用嘉兴农科所后季稻组合(A23×709)×66209-1的F_1代种子,于1977年采用花粉培养后选育而成。1981~83三年区试,平均亩产比对照农虎6号增产12.6%,将进入鉴定阶段。上海市农科院作物所和青浦县农科所协作,应用PGV-36型人工气候箱对“单繁36”在花粉母细胞减数分裂期、破口期、开花期、灌浆结实期进行了耐冷性鉴定。一、材料和方法供试新品系为“单繁36”、农虎6号(嘉兴地区农科所供种)。分设减数分裂期、破口期,开花期和灌浆期冷温处理,以全期自然温度为对照,农虎6号作为品种对照。6月16日播种水育秧,7月20日移入内径21厘米、深25厘米的盆钵,每品种种11盆,
