以市售钛白粉为原料,NH4HCO3为沉淀剂,开发了一种适合大规模制备纳米TiO2粉体的液相沉淀法,研究了煅烧温度对纳米TiO2粉体的晶型、晶粒尺寸及形貌的影响。研究表明:随着煅烧温度升高,纳米TiO2粉体结晶度提高,粒径增大。温度高于700℃,部分锐钛矿型纳米TiO2转化为金红石型;550℃低温煅烧获得近球形锐钛矿相纳米TiO2粉体,粉末粒径分布均匀,平均粒径约为10 nm,微观组织性能良好。
Using commercially available titanium dioxide as raw material and NH4HCO3 as precipitating agent, a liquid-phase precipitation method suitable for large-scale preparation of nano-TiO2 powder was developed.
