免疫受损儿童的功能性鼻内窥镜手术

自1989年1月到1990年6月进行功能性鼻内窥镜手术82例,其中13例是住院治疗其原发病包括血液病、恶性肿瘤、艾滋病等的免疫受损儿童。年龄从3岁到19岁,平均12岁。男性6例,女性7例。经组织学和细菌培养证实这13例病儿中,6例(46%)患有鼻霉菌病,7例(54%)无霉菌病的证据。霉菌病组平均年龄13岁。非霉菌病组平均年龄11.3岁,霉菌病组的6例病人中,有4例除内窥镜鼻窦手术外还分别进行了鼻外进路筛窦切除术、鼻中隔次全切除术、柯氏手术和双内侧上颌骨切除术等。患有霉菌病者,多数需要作内窥镜清创术。6例霉菌阳性的病人中,2例有明显的鼻 From January 1989 to June 1990, 82 cases of functional endoscopic sinus surgery were performed, of which 13 were hospitalized for immunocompromised children whose primary disease included hematological diseases, malignancies and AIDS.
