对钢管有人工凹痕的CFT短柱进行抗压试验,研究钢管的材料缺陷对CFT短柱机械性能的影响。详细研究其荷载-位移响应、柱强度和约束作用。研究参数包括凹痕长度、凹痕方向、混凝土强度和含钢量。结果表明,有凹痕的CFT试件的失效模式与无缺陷CFT试件完全不同。有凹痕的CFT试件失效可能由于钢管开裂或凹痕压实引起,这取决于凹痕的方向。结果还表明,由于钢管有凹痕,无法对核心混凝土提供足够的约束,有凹痕CFT试件的机械性能比无缺陷CFT试件低。根据试验结果,给出预测有凹痕CFT柱强度的经验公式。
The CFT stubs with artificial dimples were tested for compressive strength to study the effect of material defects on the mechanical properties of CFT stubs. A detailed study of its load-displacement response, column strength and restraint effect. The research parameters include the length of the dent, the direction of the dent, the strength of the concrete and the amount of steel. The results show that the failure modes of denting CFT specimens are completely different from that of defect-free CFT specimens. Defective CFT coupon failure may be caused by steel cracking or dents compaction, depending on the direction of the dents. The results also show that, due to the dents in the steel pipe, sufficient constraint can not be provided to the core concrete. The mechanical properties of the densified CFT specimens are lower than those of the non-defective CFT specimens. Based on the experimental results, an empirical formula for predicting the strength of CFT columns with dents is given.
