针对超声换能器的传输特性随着温度和压力发生变化这一普遍存在的问题,利用自适应滤波技术对超声换能器的传输特性进行校正,以减小温度和压力的变化对检测信号的影响。实测数据的处理结果表明:基于RLS算法的自适应滤波技术能准确地求出在不同温度压力条件下换能器传输特性变化的逆函数,从而能很好地校正由于超声换能器传输特性随温度压力变化所引入的信号误差
Aiming at the ubiquitous problem that the transmission characteristic of ultrasonic transducer changes with temperature and pressure, the transmission characteristic of ultrasonic transducer is corrected by adaptive filtering technology to reduce the influence of the change of temperature and pressure on the detection signal influences. The experimental results show that the adaptive filtering technique based on RLS algorithm can accurately find the inverse function of the transducer’s transmission characteristics under different temperature and pressure conditions, which can be well corrected as the ultrasonic transducer transmission characteristics with Signal error introduced by temperature and pressure changes
