目的:评价开展药物咨询对提高门诊药房药学服务质量效率的满意度。方法:抽取2016年4月—2017年4月期间在医院门诊药房接受药物咨询的患者150例咨询资料(药物咨询组),另抽取2015年3月—2016年3月期间医院门诊药房未实施药物咨询前患者150例基本资料(药物咨询前组),采用医院自行设计的满意度调查表评价和比较两组患者对门诊药房药学服务质量效率的满意度差异。结果:药物咨询组患者对门诊药房药学服务质量效果的满意度为98.00%高于药物咨询前组为84.00%(P<0.05)。结论:门诊药房开展药物咨询提高了患者对门诊药房药学服务质量的满意度具有积极作用。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the satisfaction of drug counseling to improve the quality and efficiency of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacy. Methods: 150 cases of consultation (drug counseling group) were collected from patients who received drug consultation in the hospital outpatient pharmacy from April 2016 to April 2017. Drugs taken out of the outpatient pharmacy in March 2015-March 2016 were also collected 150 patients before counseling basic information (drug counseling group), the use of hospital self-designed satisfaction survey to evaluate and compare the two groups of outpatient pharmacy pharmacy service quality efficiency satisfaction difference. Results: The satisfaction rate of drug counseling group to pharmacy service quality in outpatient pharmacy was 98.00% higher than that in drug counseling group 84.00% (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Outpatient pharmacy counseling increases the patient’s satisfaction with the quality of pharmacy services in outpatient pharmacies.
