近几年来,随着社会主义市场经济的逐步建立与发展,医院医疗服务实际上已自觉和不自觉地向市场经济的运行轨道迈进,医院作为事业性服务行业向企业化管理的步伐正在逐步深化。药品经营在医院经营活动中已占有重要地位。据浦江县人民医院统计,近三年药品收入占业务收入的60%,今年1—9月仍保持这一势头,可谓是医院经济的主要支柱。药品经营管理不能单纯理解为经济管理,它既包含管理又有经营。以往医院药剂科的药品管理,重点放在技术管理,这对保证药品质量起到积极作用,而在当今市场经济大环境中,医院的药品管理,不局限于院内管理,而必须把市场经济机制引入自身的经营活动中,在这引入实践过程中,有几个值得探讨的问题。
In recent years, with the gradual establishment and development of the socialist market economy, hospital medical services have in fact consciously and unconsciously moved towards the operating track of the market economy. The pace of hospital management as a business service industry is gradually deepening. . Drug operations have occupied an important position in the business activities of hospitals. According to statistics from the People’s Hospital of Pujiang County, drug revenue accounted for 60% of business income in the past three years. This momentum remained from January to September this year and can be described as the main pillar of the hospital economy. Pharmaceutical business management cannot be simply understood as economic management. It includes both management and operations. In the past, drug management in the hospital pharmacy department focused on technical management. This played a positive role in ensuring the quality of drugs. In the current market economy environment, the drug management of hospitals is not limited to in-hospital management, but must be the mechanism of market economy. In introducing its own business activities, there are several issues worth exploring in the process of introducing this practice.
