在设计无线电发射机高频功率放大器时,弄清它的动特性曲线形状是必不可少的 工作。然而,动特性曲线与负载回路是否处在谐振状态有着密切的关系。负载回路处于谐振时,动特性曲线是一条直线或折线,而且可用两点作图法迅速而准确地把它画出来。如果负载回路一旦发生失谐,动特性曲线就变成一个不规则的图形,无法再用两点作图法把它描绘,这时必须根据给出的条件和公式进行逐点计算和逐点描绘。倘若这项工作由人工来完成,势必费时费功,并且准确程度较差。 本文针对上述问题,根据给定的条件、电路型式和数学模型编写设计出ALGOL语言的源程序,在TQ—16型通用计算机上进行计算和描绘晶体管高频功率放大器失谐状态的动特曲线。使计算速度大大提高,描绘出来的曲线也十分准确。本文所讨论的内容不但适用于晶体管高频功率放大器,而且也适用于电子管高频功率放大器。此程序可作为通用程序,主要根据不同的条件输入不同的数据就行,程序不用修改。图2幅,表2个,参考文献3种。
When designing a radio transmitter high-frequency power amplifier, it is essential to clarify its dynamic characteristic curve shape. However, the dynamic characteristic curve is closely related to whether the load circuit is in resonance or not. When the load circuit is in resonance, the dynamic characteristic curve is a straight line or a broken line, and it can be drawn quickly and accurately using the two-point mapping method. If this work is to be done by hand, it will be time-consuming and labor-intensive and will be less accurate. In this paper, according to the above problems, according to the given conditions, the circuit type and mathematical model to write the ALGOL language source program, TQ-16 type general-purpose computer to calculate and characterize the transistor high-frequency power amplifier detuning state dynamic characteristic curve. So that the calculation speed is greatly improved, the curve drawn is also very accurate. This article discusses not only applies to the transistor high-frequency power amplifier, but also for high-frequency tube power amplifier. This program can be used as a general program, mainly according to different conditions, enter different data on the line, the program does not need to be modified.
