目的 系统描述年轻恒牙期前牙开牙合的三维颅面结构特征。方法 2 7例 11~ 16岁开牙合少年作为实验对象 ,通过三维头影测量系统 ,计算出各指标的实际测量值 ,与同年龄段正常牙合、安氏Ⅱ1分类非开牙合少年采用同一技术所得的测量均值进行比较。结果与结论 ①长度方向 :Ⅱ类开牙合中Ⅱ类牙合关系的产生主要是因为下颌的后缩。同时下前牙的前突在Ⅱ类开牙合中表现明显。②宽度方向 :Ⅱ类开牙合的宽度发育不足。③高度方向 :Ⅱ类开牙合的前面部垂直向发育过度。女性Ⅱ类开牙合更表现出高角的Ⅱ类面型
Objective To describe the three-dimensional craniofacial features of anterior teeth in young permanent dentition. Methods Twenty-seven open adolescents aged from 11 to 16 were selected as the experimental subjects. The actual measurement of each index was calculated by three-dimensional cephalometric measurement system. Compared with normal occlusion of the same age group, The same technique is used to measure the mean value for comparison. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION ① Length direction: Type II occlusal occlusion in type II occlusal occlusion is mainly due to the mandibular retrusion. At the same time under the anterior process of the anterior teeth in type II open occlusal obvious. ② width direction: Ⅱ type open occlusion of the width of underdevelopment. ③ height direction: type Ⅱ open occlusion of the front of the Ministry of vertical over-development. Female class II occlusal more show high angle class Ⅱ surface type
