高中阶段的学生面对沉重的升学压力和课业负担,存在着厌学、冷漠、自卑等种种心理问题,因此在教学中,教师更应关注学生的情绪,要创造机会让学生说,“倾听”学生的情绪变化,适时进行辅导。开展课前五分钟演讲活动为学生开辟了一个情感宣泄的渠道,让学生通过“分享—互助”的方法诉说烦恼,缓解压力,排遣苦闷,有利于高中学生健康心态的培养。
