结合装配式混凝土结构的特点和发展现状,系统介绍了一幢四层预制混凝土框架结构的设计和施工过程。重点分析了该工程采用的型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架的设计与施工特点,包括型钢辅助连接和装配整体式混凝土结构的设计、施工验算、构件生产、节点构造和施工措施。此外,还从经济角度对型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架和现浇框架进行了对比研究。分析表明,型钢辅助连接装配整体式混凝土框架构件质量高、施工快捷、技术经济合理,是一个非常适合建筑工业化发展方向的结构形式。
Combined with the characteristics and development status of fabricated concrete structure, the design and construction process of a four-layer prefabricated concrete frame structure are systematically introduced. The design and construction features of integral steel frame with auxiliary steel beam and auxiliary joint used in the project are analyzed in detail, including the design, construction checking, component production, node structure and construction measures of auxiliary steel connecting and assembling monolithic steel structure. In addition, a comparative study was also carried out from the economic point of view on the auxiliary steel connected with the integral concrete frame and cast-in-situ frame. The analysis shows that the structural steel auxiliary connection and assembly monolithic concrete frame has the advantages of high quality, quick construction, technical economy and reasonableness, and is a structural form that is very suitable for the direction of building industrialization.
