法学教育改革刍议

法学教育应当是法学理论教育与法律实务教育的统一、法学专业教育与法律职业教育的统一、综合知识教育与专业知识教育的统一。这一观点已逐步成为中国法学教育界乃至整个法律界的共识。就当前中国而言,强调上述教育内容的统一性,显得尤为重要。因为重视法律职业教育的呼声,最近几年才刚刚出现。在法学教育规模空前扩张的今天,很多问题需要我们认真地思考、学习,以便在反思、借鉴的基础上构建我们的法学教育新模式。 Law education should be the unification of law theory education and legal practice education, the unification of law professional education and legal vocational education, the unification of comprehensive knowledge education and professional knowledge education. This view has gradually become the consensus of the Chinese legal education community and even the entire legal community. As far as China is concerned, it is particularly important to emphasize the unity of these educational contents. Because of the importance attached to legal vocational education, it has just appeared in recent years. At an unprecedented expansion of law education, many problems require us to seriously think and study so as to construct our new model of legal education on the basis of reflection and reference.
