2008年,教育部实施了全国大学英语四、六级考试改革,考试采用上机考试的形式,考试内容更加注重学生的英语综合应用能力,尤其是听说能力。2009年,外研社出版的新一套大学英语教材《新标准大学英语》面世,其设计与编写立足于我国大学英语教学现实,着眼于未来教学需求,全方位培养机考所要求学生要掌握的能力,与机考相辅相成。机考的实行为我国大学英语教学指明了新的方向,与国际语言教学接轨的《新标准大学英语》应运而生。
In 2008, the Ministry of Education implemented the reform of CET4 and CET6 throughout the country. The exam adopts the form of on-board examinations. The contents of exams focus more on students’ comprehensive English proficiency, especially listening and speaking abilities. In 2009, a new set of college English textbook “New Standard College English” was published. The design and compilation are based on the reality of college English teaching in our country. Focusing on the future teaching needs, we should cultivate the ability of students , Complement each other with the machine test. The implementation of computer test for our college English teaching pointed out a new direction, and international language teaching in line with the “new standard college English” came into being.
