色谱技术是一种适用于多组份混合物的分析方法,其特点是先对试样组份进行分离,而后再逐个进行分析。组份的分离是由于活动相携带着各个组份沿着固定相移动,根据各组份的不同移动速度区分开来,得出分析结果。色谱仪可分为气相色谱和液相色谱。气相色谱具有如下优点: 1、气体的传质速度比液体快得多,故具有非常快的分离速度; 2、在微量物质的情况下,气相色谱能够非常好地进行定量分析。
Chromatography is a method suitable for the analysis of multicomponent mixtures, characterized by the separation of the sample components prior to analysis one by one. The separation of the components is due to the fact that the mobile phase carries the individual components along the stationary phase and is differentiated according to the speed of movement of the components and the analysis results. Chromatographs can be divided into gas chromatography and liquid chromatography. Gas chromatography has the following advantages: 1, gas mass transfer rate much faster than the liquid, it has a very fast separation rate; 2, in the case of trace substances, gas chromatography can be very good for quantitative analysis.
