目的:建立裸鼠脑内人胶质瘤模型。方法:应用自制的脑内注射细胞装置,将人的U-251MG细胞接种于9只裸鼠脑中。分别于接种后10,20,30,40和77 d 处死动物并行病理解剖、GFAP免疫组化及电镜检查。结果:我们建立的模型,肿瘤在脑内生长稳定,其特性同于人脑胶质瘤。结论:接种后20 d 左右是利用该模型进行实验的最佳时机
Objective: To establish a human brain glioma model in nude mice. METHODS: Human U-251MG cells were inoculated into the brain of 9 nude mice using a self-made intracerebral injection device. Animals were sacrificed at 10, 20, 30, 40 and 77 days after inoculation. Pathological anatomy, GFAP immunohistochemistry and electron microscopy were performed. RESULTS: In the model we established, tumors grew stably in the brain and their properties were similar to human gliomas. Conclusion: The best time to experiment with this model is about 20 days after inoculation.
