根据卷烟厂生产工段对温湿度的要求,将制丝车间划分成4个空调区,适当放宽了空调参数的要求。为满足固定操作岗位及特殊需求部位的要求,局部区域设置岗位送风。比较了喷流、喷射、旋流风口的送风特性,发现径向可调的旋流XL600风口更适合全面送风,喷射风口CY400以1 000 m~3/h风量进行岗位送风的效果较好。通过三维气流组织模拟分析,确定了旋流风口送风与喷射风口送风相结合的节能送风方式。
According to the requirement of temperature and humidity of the cigarette manufacturing section, the workshop of silk making is divided into four air-conditioning zones, and the requirements of air-conditioning parameters are appropriately relaxed.
