八十年代起,我国冰淇淋机的生产,在国外先进技术影响下,改变了以往几十年单一笨重的老面孔。出现了多种结构先进的连续式及间歇式冰淇淋机,而商业性边产边售的软冰淇淋机,更是异军突起,虽开发历史很短,而品种及数量均得到迅速发展。但在设计方法上,我国以往尚无系统资料,尤其许多重要的计算参数,及结构要素的设计要求还是空白点,本文就此将多年来探索、测试验证所得的部分体会及掌握的数据,作些初步介绍,供设计
