目的探讨并对比母血、羊水、脐血中基质金属蛋白酶8(MMP-8)浓度对胎膜早破性早产的预测价值。方法选择56例胎膜早破性早产病人作为病例,70例正常孕产妇作为对照,酶联免疫吸附的方法测量胎膜早破性早产和正常孕产妇母血、羊水、脐血中MMP-8浓度,并通过绘制受试者工作特征曲线(receiver operator characteristic curve,ROC曲线)的方法探讨各类生物标本预测胎膜早破性早产的临床价值。结果母血、羊水、脐血预测胎膜早破性早产的灵敏度分别为51.80%、85.70%和62.5%,特异度分别为68.60%、82.90%和75.70%。结论羊水中MMP-8的浓度对胎膜早破性早产具有较高的预测价值,其次为脐血,母血的预测价值最低。
Objective To investigate and compare the predictive value of matrix metalloproteinase 8 (MMP-8) levels in maternal blood, amniotic fluid and umbilical cord blood in premature rupture of membranes. Methods 56 cases of premature rupture of membranes were selected as cases and 70 cases of normal maternal as control. The levels of MMP-8 in preterm rupture of premature rupture of membranes and normal maternal blood, amniotic fluid and cord blood were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay Concentration, and explore the receiver operating characteristic curve (receiver operator characteristic curve, ROC curve) methods to explore the clinical value of various types of biological samples to predict premature rupture of membranes. Results The sensitivity of maternal blood, amniotic fluid and umbilical cord blood in predicting premature rupture of membranes was 51.80%, 85.70% and 62.5%, and the specificity was 68.60%, 82.90% and 75.70% respectively. Conclusions The concentration of MMP-8 in amniotic fluid has higher predictive value for premature rupture of membranes, followed by umbilical cord blood and maternal blood with the lowest predictive value.
