我院引进的河南省新乡市一二八厂生产的 FZ—1型程控低频脉冲治疗仪,通过对60例恢复期脑梗塞的治疗,取得了较好效果,现小结如下:(一)临床资料60例均系门诊病人,其中男41人,女19人,40～60岁53人,60岁以上7人;病期1～3个月23人,4～6个月15人,7～12个月11人,1年以上11人。症状和体征见表1表1 60例病人症状体征统计表症状体征例数偏瘫(左27、右33) 60失语 11吞咽障碍 6患侧肌力在Ⅱ级以下 39患侧肌力Ⅲ级以上 21关节畸形 4(二)治疗方法我们用 FZ—1型程控低频脉冲治疗仪主要采用肢体疗法,根据病情让病人仰卧或俯卧,尽量使全身肌肉放松,选用指数波或交替波,频率2Hz 脉宽250ms,每次40分钟,每日一次,十次为一疗程。以病人临床表现
