气蚀与磨损及其防护是水轮机等高速过流水力机械的重要研究课题。本文叙述了一种耐磨性优异与金属粘结性好并具有良好耐水性的聚氨酯弹性复合涂层(XCA涂层),其抗张强度为300~400公斤/厘米~2;抗气蚀系数分别为1Cr18Ni9Ti不锈钢和A3钢的7.3倍和43倍。水电站真机试验表明,该涂层保护母材运行一万小时以上不受磨损破坏,保护高水头电站水轮机母材运行7000小时不受气蚀破坏。该材料施工简便、成本低、可缩短检修期,有可观的经济效益。
Cavitation and wear and its protection is an important research topic of high-speed over-current hydraulic machinery such as hydraulic turbines.
