目的:检测膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)中踝蛋白(Talin)和桩蛋白(Paxillin)的表达情况,探讨其表达的临床意义。方法:采用量子点免疫荧光组织化学方法检测62例膀胱尿路上皮癌和10例癌旁正常膀胱黏膜组织中Talin及Paxillin的表达情况,并分析两种蛋白与其临床病理特征及两种蛋白之间的相关性。结果:1Talin和Paxillin在BUC中呈高表达,阳性率分别为56.45%(35/62)、51.61%(32/62),在10例癌旁正常黏膜组织中均无阳性表达;2Talin和Paxillin蛋白的表达与BUC的淋巴结转移、临床分期、病理分级有关(P<0.05);3两者的表达与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤大小与数目均无明显相关(P>0.05);4Talin和Paxillin之间的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:Talin和Paxillin的过表达与BUC的发展、侵袭转移有关。
Objective: To detect the expressions of Talin and Paxillin in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BUC) and to investigate the clinical significance of the expression of Talin and Paxillin.
