用秸秆和猪粪为原料,分别投入固体床及水压式沼气池内,进行半两步常温沼气发酵。固体床最高挥发酸浓度达12g/l,产酸期25天,后期产气约40天,夏季平均产气率为0.4m~3/m~3·天。沼气池内进入猪粪和酸水,产气率显著提高,池温在10—15℃变化时,产气率达0.2—0.5m~3/m~3·天,池温在15℃以上时,产气率保持在0.5m~3/m~3·天以上,最高产气率为0.8m~3/m~3·天。在208天运转期内,沼气池平均产气率为0.48~3/m~3·天。总装置平均产气率为0.35~3/m~3·天。每公斤TS平均产气量为279.7升。该工艺可解决秸秆原料进出沼气池的困难。
With straw and pig manure as raw materials, respectively, into the solid bed and pressurized biogas digesters, half-two-step biogas fermentation at room temperature. In the digester, pig manure and acid were added into the biogas tank, and gas production rate was significantly increased. When the temperature of the pond changed from 10 to 15 ℃, the gas production rate reached 0.2-0.5m 3 / m 3 · day. When the temperature was above 15 ℃, The gas production rate is kept at 0.5m ~ 3 / m ~ 3 · day and the maximum gas production rate is 0.8m ~ 3 / m ~ 3 · day. During 208 days of operation, the average gas production rate of biogas digesters was 0.48 ~ 3 / m ~ 3 · day. The average gas production rate of the total device is 0.35 ~ 3 / m ~ 3 · day. The average gas production per kilogram of TS is 279.7 liters. The process can solve the straw raw materials into and out of the digester difficulties.
