鼠抗人胃癌单克隆抗体(MoAb)3G9和3H11由本所生化室制备。体外实验表明,它们与胃癌组织及细胞有较好的选择性结合,MoAb3G9和3H11的亚类分别为IgG_1和IgG_2b。它们与胃癌细胞(BGC823)结合的亲和常数分别为2.54×10~9M~(-1)和5.68×10~9M~(-1)。
Mouse anti-human gastric cancer monoclonal antibodies (MoAbs) 3G9 and 3H11 were prepared by our own biochemical chamber. In vitro experiments showed that they had a good selective binding to gastric cancer tissues and cells, subclasses of MoAb3G9 and 3H11 were IgG_1 and IgG_2b, respectively. Their affinity constants for gastric cancer cells (BGC823) were 2.54×10-9M-1 and 5.68×10-9M-1, respectively.
