武汉医学院小儿外科自1972年以来,采用中西医结合治疗先天性巨结肠症90例,取得了较好的效果。 90例小儿先天性巨结肠症中,男68例、女22例,最小年龄4天、最大年龄3岁半。其中3个月以内就诊者56例,3～6个月16例,6～12个月9例,1～3.5岁9例。90％病例胎粪延迟排出。治疗前有肠梗阻或小肠结肠炎者占86％。90例均经钡剂灌肠检查,76例肠管有狭窄段,扩张段和移
